Ms. Santora has 30 years of broad based in-depth engineering and process development experience in the US and EEMEA markets with traditional (TDM), converged and next generation triple/quad play networks and services, inclusive of voice (fixed & mobile), IP, IPT/VoIP, IPTV, WiFi, WiMax networks, applications and services.

She has been responsible for the successful strategic planning, design, architectural development, engineering, seamless implementation and operations of new technologies and support systems (OSS/BSS) in support of IPMPLS, G/EPON, legacy & legacy conversions for major ICT service providers, managed service providers, Middle Eastern real estate development, and air transport communications & IT projects. Ms. Santora has a degree in engineering and is certified in TQM, eTOM, NGOSS, SID, ITIL v.3, and ITU-T standards, frameworks and practices. |

Ms. Santora has extensive experienced in the BOT (build, operate & transfer) of network operations centers (NOCs) for the management of networks and data centers. She has held director level positions for major service providers in both the US and Europe and has experience in the development of outsourcing, matrix management and managed services solutions for startups, mergers, acquisitions and transitions. |

She has significant exposure in Blue Chip and high-growth startup
operations, acting as a consultant and advisor to senior management in both
finance and ERP systems implementation, process evaluation and design.Ê
